WELCOME
The Church of St Augustine Kilburn is an Anglo-Catholic Parish Church of the Church of England with roots in the 'Oxford' or ‘Tractarian’ Anglo-Catholic movement and a proud tradition of serving its vibrant and diverse community with an active programme of worship and outreach. Founded in 1870, Consecrated in 1880 and affectionately known as 'The Cathedral of North London' is a Grade I listed building and a fine example of Victorian Gothic Revival architecture.
WHO ARE WE
We are a Forward in Faith parish under the Episcopal care of the Bishop of Fulham. The parish lies within the Two Cities area of the Diocese of London in the Archdeaconry of London and the Deanery of Paddington.
The Parish's Patron is The Society for the Maintenance of the Faith.
OUR COMMUNITY
Our community is vibrant and diverse, with the church welcoming worshippers from far and wide who are drawn to St Augustine's long-established tradition of Catholic worship, mission and outreach in Kilburn, Maida Vale and the wider London area.
